We are committed to protecting your personal information and handling it in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and the privacy rules of the professional colleges our clinicians belong to. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
When you fill in a form on our website, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, who the enquiry is for, their age, the service you are interested in and the best time to reach you. Please do not send health or medical details through website forms; we will discuss those with you directly and securely.
When you call us, our phone system records the date, time and length of the call. If you book an appointment, your booking and clinical information is held in our practice management system, Jane App, under its own privacy and security controls.
We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, book a discovery call or appointment, and follow up about the services you asked about. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated purposes without your consent.
Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to tell us how visitors find and use our site, and which of our ads lead to enquiries. On some pages, a Google forwarding phone number may be shown to visitors who arrive from an ad, so we can tell which ads lead to calls; calls are forwarded to our clinic line. This information is reported to us in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally. We do not use health-related information for ad targeting.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the clinic and this website, such as our website host (Webflow), our booking system (Jane App) and Google, and only as needed for those services. Some of these providers may store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
We use reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. We keep enquiry information only as long as we need it to respond to you and meet our legal and professional obligations, then securely delete it.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time by emailing or calling us.
